Nothing in our Terms & Conditions affects a consumer's statutory rights.
[Website should provide a clearly labelled link to each current document listed above.]

RECOMMENDED JOB-SPECIFIC TERMS WORDING
Where this quotation contains specific conditions relating to the property, equipment, access, programme, payment, exclusions or other job-specific matters, those conditions form part of the agreement. If a project-specific term clearly conflicts with a standard term, the project-specific term will apply to that particular issue to the extent permitted by law.
IMPORTANT IMPLEMENTATION RULES
- The customer should receive or have clear access to applicable terms before accepting the quotation or contract.
- Do not rely on a hidden link or wording that the customer could not reasonably review before acceptance.
- Bring particularly important, unusual or financially significant terms to the customer's attention in the quotation itself where appropriate.
- Keep the website versions consistent with the versions referenced in quotations.
- Add a version date to published terms so WDI Group can identify which version applied when a contract was formed.
- Retain a copy or reliable record of the quotation and applicable terms accepted by the customer.
- Where a statutory 14-day cancellation right applies and the customer wants work to begin during that period, use the Consumer Cancellation & 14-Day Cooling-Off Notice and obtain the required express request before starting where applicable.
- Do not describe deposits as automatically non-refundable in all circumstances. Any cancellation retention or charge should comply with applicable law and reflect sums WDI Group is lawfully entitled to recover.
- Nothing in any WDI document should be interpreted as excluding statutory consumer rights or WDI Group's obligation to exercise reasonable care and skill.
VERSION CONTROL
Recommended format for each website document:
When a material change is made, save the previous version and publish the new effective date rather than overwriting the historical record without traceability.
